The plan

After losing 3 stone in the last 4 months I’ve set myself a new target: 2 stone by christmas. 28 pounds in 8 weeks.

The factors:

No drinking after the halloween weekend

No Dominos pizza after work

Upping my minimum time in the gym every day from 1 hour to 1 and a half hours

Gym on Sundays after church as well as every other day

Low calorie diet

No snacking

Shit just got real.
